We provide technical support to customers and evaluators, and this form will submit your request to our technical support queue. If you are evaluating SocketTools, you are not required to provide a serial number.
Please do not include code or the contents of a log file with your support request. If example code is needed to reproduce a problem, our technical support staff will request it in a follow-up email. You can also email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have a SocketTools Subscription, or you have purchased Priority Support or Premium Support, please use the serial number for the product associated with your support agreement. If you do not provide a serial number and/or support authorization number, it may delay the response to your request.
If you have an inactive subscription, you are eligible to receive standard technical support for the current version of SocketTools available to all licensed developers and evaluators. If you are using a version of SocketTools which is no longer supported, upgrade to the current version or renew your subscription.
