Welcome to the SocketTools Subscription area. You can download files, request technical support and manage your account. To make the most of your subscription, learn about the Subscription Benefits and download the current version of SocketTools.
You can find the SocketTools installation packages in Subscriber Downloads. Your subscription includes access to the current version of SocketTools, as well as previous versions. When a new version is released, you are entitled to a free upgrade.
You must be signed in with your account to access the download area, and you must have an active subscription.
Your subscription includes priority technical support for any development or deployment related problems and questions. To submit a support request, use our Support Request form and provide your current contact information and product serial number. Support requests may only be submitted by the registered developer, and all requests must be initiated through our support form.

A searchable online database of solutions to common technical questions and problems. The articles provide detailed information, including background information, workarounds and the availability of updates to resolve the problem. This is the first place that most developers should check to determine if the question or problem that they’re having has already been addressed.
The Subscription Account page shows the information that is currently associated with your account. You must be logged in to view your account profile and to make any changes to your account. You can change the name displayed with the account, but you cannot change the username. If you need to transfer your subscription to a different developer, you must contact us.
The SocketTools Subscription is licensed per developer, and the licensed developer is the only person who may access the account. Never share your account information with another person. If you are concerned that your account may have been compromised, please contact us immediately.
