CCATS is the Commodity Classification Automated Tracking System. This is the code number assigned by the BIS for products with an ECCN 5D002 classification. No SocketTools editions require CCATS numbers.
SocketTools uses encryption technology which is subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and other U.S. law.
In reference to the license exception ENC under section 740.17 of the Export Administration Regulations, Catalyst Development cannot export its products to Cuba, Iran, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
